Autumn and winter provide many opportunities to Storm Watch from the relative satety of the SW Coast Path. For birdwatchers the autumn period can be particularly productive as during these storms many oceanic and southern hemisphere  seabirds pass close to nearby headlands at Trevose, Park and Newquay.
